God praying for His children. Who does He have to pray to?
God wishes and hopes and desires and yearns deep inside for us to accept His love for us and to trust what He says to be true. Here is what I think God whispers if we will stay quiet long enough to hear Him:
My dear children, please stop hurting each other. Don’t you know you all matter to me?
I see each of you as I am with you everywhere you go. I see your actions, hear your thoughts, feel your emotions, and unless you seek me, I can do nothing. This hurts and my heart mourns over this day and night. For you who trust and believe in me, help to show those that think I don’t exist to see me as a Father longing for His child. Stand strong and lean on me as though the war is already won. Each day is full of daily battles designed to keep you from me. The temptations will lure you towards false idols and shiny objects and lustful desires. They are all traps that lead to your destruction. Follow me and find your hearts’ true longing of peace, joy, contentment, and unconditional love. Serve those in need and give of yourself knowing that I will continually fill you up. Enjoy your life today and receive my peace, a peace so powerful that although the battles appear to be real, when you walk with me, you will feel that they are as if they don’t even exist.
