The world says, “After all, what do you expect from me?”
I expect:
That you will write the book that will teach me not to eat and how to take care of my body.
That you will provide me a job to my liking.
That you make the weather to my liking and my timing.
That I will be treated nicely and respected wherever I go regardless of my actions.
That I will always be right.
That you will always forgive me for my wrong doings.
That you will paint the next picture, write the next book, make the next movie, sing the next song, invent the next gadget, all that I may be entertained.
That I will be void of any struggles.
That you should sacrifice your life to protect me.
That you will educate me when I’m ready to learn.
That you will think about me first before yourself.
That all my physical and emotional needs will be met.
That I will be the most important above all else.
I am full of expectations of what the world is obligated to give me without me doing anything. All I can say is it’s a good thing the world doesn’t expect anything from me.
Just a Thought…
